ECHRI supported the 159 objectors to this development proposal. The City of Yarra (CoY) Planning Decision Committee (PDC) imposed significant conditions on the proposal including removing the third floor (fourth level) of the proposed development. The applicant took the decision to VCAT, which required extensive modifications to the proposal. As of September 2024, no development has commenced.
