ECHRI is an incorporated association and accordingly:-

a. Annual financial statements are presented to members at each AGM as required by the ECHRI Rules;

b. we are obliged to file financial statements annually at Consumer Affairs Victoria

c. we are registered as a Fundraiser at Consumer Affairs Victoria  and we are obliged to file a fundraising annual statement with CAV

d. ECHRI is supported by the community through the payment of annual membership subscriptions as determined at each AGM, and may seek additional contributions dedicated to individual campaigns if required from time to time.
